Miss Universe 2011 Catalina Robayo reprimanded for not wearing panties. Catalina Robayo, one of the participants of Miss Universe 2011 election was a conversation. Finalists from Colombia is reprimanded for not wearing panties while attending a talk show with the media in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
As quoted from huffingtonpost, a source said, "Colombia must talk and explain. What he did not really deserve. People are quite disappointed with it. There are lots of cameras and the media when he was not wearing panties." Miss Universe 2011 Catalina Robayo
President of Miss Universe Organisation, Paula Shugart explains, "Our supervisors have been told all contestants to wear decent clothes and one of our publicists have also spoken to him (Robayo) and he explained that he was wearing underwear, but regardless."
This is not the first controversy for Robayo. According to sources from Spain, women aged 22 to know it was named Miss Colombia 2009 after the real winner, Diana Salgado was forced to surrender his crown.
Until now there has been obvious reason Salgado gave the title of Miss Colombia to Robaya. Many rumors are saying, it is because of medical problems or weight gain Salgado.
